Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We also understand that there are always unknowns when shopping online. If you have any questions regarding sizing, or feel that an item you purchased was damaged or defective in some way, please email us and let us know. We will gladly solve the problem. Your happiness is our priority. Due to the nature of buying clothing online, we offer free returns and exchanges on all purchases!
We allow 60 days for exchanges. Please keep in mind that some items may go out of stock if you wait too long.
We allow 30 days for returns for a complete refund. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for exchanges and returns to be processed. Depending on where you live and form of payment, additional processing delays may occur. We will do our best to process requests as promptly as possible.
In order to return or exchange an item, please follow the directions below.
1. Email : firstname.lastname@example.org, request exchange or return for refund. Please include your name and order number if you have it.
2. We will reply with a prepaid pdf return label for you to print.
3. Affix prepaid return label to your package and mail your item back to us.
